Description: Jandd's Economy Panniers are an excellent basic set of bags for the budget-minded cyclist. Styled after the Mini Mountain Pannier, the Economy Panniers have a single main compartment, heavy-duty storm-flapped zippers, 3M Scotchlite Reflective Material for greater visibility, and a double layer of material to strengthen the bottom. The handles on the panniers snap together for ease of transport off the bike. The pre-mounted bungee attachment system (same as the one on our Grocery Bag Panniers) allows for minor fore and aft adjustments by utilizing the three-pocket daisy chain sewn at the base of its suspension. When a simple, economical bag is required, the Economy Pannier fits the bill. This pannier can be mounted on a front or rear rack. Sold in pairs.

FIELD NOTES: When attempting to fit a Grocery Pannier or Economy Pannier on an extra tall rack, you have three options: 1) dump it and buy a Jandd rack; 2) add an extra "S" hook or two to the one supplied ("S" hooks can be found at any hardware store); or 3) contact the Jandd Factory for a longer replacement bungee (we will need your rack's attachment length).
