Description: Medium Weight Hip Belts fit the Esh, Mayim and Keshet. They come in four sizes. If you are purchasing a pack new you can substitute your belt for no charge. All packs default with a regular size belt. The four sizes fit the following waists measured at the hips: 26-30" Small. 30-34" Regular. 34-38" Large. 38-42" X-Large. For best fit, try to get a belt size that will allow the seam on the belt to line up just forward of the seam on your pants.
