Description: This is a replacement Latch and or Rail part for the Module Loc System on the Hugo, Frederick, Camille and Lap Top Panniers. This part is sold individually,if you need two pieces you will need to order two. You can pick up Stainless steel screws, nuts and washers at any hardware store if needed for the rail. We do sell them but you would need to know the overall depth if being used on non-Jandd bags. Jandd can use 1/2 inch screw.
