Description: When a bit more volume is needed, but a quick-release system is not, the Handle Pac II is a perfect option. The large main compartment derives its shape from a stiffener with dual zipper heads, covered by a storm flap. An additional pocket on the front of the bag also has dual zipper heads, a storm-flapped zipper, and a flat front pocket for tiny incidentals. Mounting is simple and secure: cinch the two top 1" webbing tails across the handlebars and tighten with the 1" tension locks. Next, secure the webbing end of the bungee system (found in the front pocket of the bag) to the lower set of 1" tension locks; secure the "S" hook end to the front fork eyelets, then pull the webbing snug at the tension lock. For night safety, we have added a strip of high-visibility 3M Scotchlite Reflective Material.

FIELD NOTES:When the going gets too steep, or you decide to abandon your bike for a side trip, the Handle Pac II can be converted to a functional fanny pack by slipping a belt through the loop formed by the two 1" webbing and tensionlock systems at the top of the pack.
