Product ID: FKA
Description: The Keshet Alpinist is the smallest of our internal frame packs, styled after our popular Zoor Alpinist.
Clean and simple, the Keshet has one main compartment with a generous 10.5" storm sleeve to rein in excess gear and keep the elements out. The telescoping hood rides on four vertical compression straps. The hood has one main compartment, an underside zippered map pocket, and two sets of exterior lash points for ropes and sleeping pads. Three pairs of horizontal compression straps will control any load; for extra capacity they will accept Jandd's Backpack Pockets. Wand pockets with built- in drain holes finish off the sides of the Keshet, keeping glacier wands, skis, or fishing poles where you want them on your pack. You'll find additional lash points at the bottom of the bag for strapping on extra gear, and the 1050-denier ballistics cloth at the bottom makes it extremely durable. A SuperTex™ vinyl scrim crampon patch, which is flanked by dual daisy chains terminating in dual ice ax loops, protects the back of the bag.
The Keshet features our Medium Support Applied Geometry suspension system; when heavier loads are expected, you can exchange the Medium Support Belt on the Keshet for a Maximum Support Belt as found on our largest internal frame packs.
