Attachment

1. Release V-Webbing at hook and loop "A" and loosen tensionlock "B".
2. Place S-Hook "C" under bottom edge of rack. Pull up on bag and place J-Hooks "E" over top of rack.
3. Tighten V-Webbing at tensionlock "B" and attach tail at "A".
4. If extra length is needed to fit rack, feed webbing through at sliplock "D".
