Fit mounting bracket to stem and handle bars. Run cable through center slots if necessary

Fix bracket to bars with webbing cam system. Adjust webbing length to obtain a snug fit

Lock down all cam bars to secure bracket

Loosen bolts with 4mm allen key

Remove bolts

Adjust face-plate to a completely vertical position and replace bolts

Fit handle bar pack

Bag is secured to bracket when the tongue of face-plate snaps into position
